How can I pay for my picture?

If you have chosen a picture from our picture bank you can pay for it directly via Internet bank-link or by an invoice sent to you. If you have added the picture to your basket and inserted your personal data, then after pressing “Subscribe” an invoice is generated to you. You can also pay directly via Swedbank or SEB Internet bank link, or by an invoice which is sent to your e-mail address.

 

When will my picture be manufactured?

Your picture will be manufactured instantly after we have received the payment and depending on the number of orders we have in the work process at the time of your order. Orders that are paid via Internet bank link will go to work instantly. Orders that are paid later by invoice will be taken into work no later than the next business day. Each order has a unique generated code which you will find on the invoice. If you enter this number on the bottom left of the menu on the front page of our homepage named “Track your order status” you can find out in what work stage your order currently is.

 

How do I get my picture?

When the picture is completed it will be sent to your home by a courier company. Before delivering the picture we will call to the number you gave us and agree on exact time when you would like to receive your picture. For courier to deliver your picture you must be reachable from the contact number you gave us.

 

Can I send the picture to a third address?

Yes you can. In this case, when placing your order, write in the field called “Add a comment” the address and the name of the recipient. It is important for us to know the address, city / county, postal code, telephone number and full name.

 

Can I pick up my interior design picture myself?

Yes you can. Our office is located in Tallinn at Tartu road 80J. In this case, indicate in your basket that you do not wish a transport and it won’t be added to your invoice. If your picture “status” on our website is “finished” you can pick it up from our office at Tartu road 80J, Tallinn. The office is opened on business days from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. In case of special requests please contact us: 609 12 14 and we will agree on how we can arrange the delivery.    

 

Are pictures purchased from Sisustuspilt.ee moisture resistant?

Sisustuspilt.ee pictures are made for indoor use only. Images meant for outdoor conditions are produced using different materials and different manufacturing technologies.

 

What happens after the payment?

After the payment we receive a confirmation about it and we start to produce your picture. You can check the work status of your picture on the front page of our homepage by entering your order number in the “order number” tracking box.
